Why this happens
AI video platforms charge you per render. None of them tell you when a render is a repeat.
HeyGen does not publish what a video costs. Their own words: the credits used "can vary based on which AI model is used, video duration, and the complexity of the generation." You can see the credits on one video at a time. There is no total.
So a loop can run for months and look like a growing library.

What a loop like mine would cost you
In my account, one render loop duplicated 15% of the library. I do not know whether you have one. Slide to the size of your library and this shows what it would cost you if you did, at my rate of 15% and my average clip of 54 seconds.
This is my rate applied to your library size, not a measurement of your account and not a quote. My 15% came from a single runaway loop. If your account has no loop, your number is zero - and if it is, that is what the report will say.
