By accessing or using Folderwise ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.
Folderwise provides a voice-first email triage application that connects to your email accounts via OAuth to help you manage your inbox. The Service processes email metadata (sender, subject, date) using artificial intelligence to suggest triage actions, which you confirm before execution.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
Free Plan: Available at no charge with limitations on email account connections and session volume as described on our pricing page.
Paid Plans: Pro and Team plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices shown exclude taxes unless stated.

By connecting your email accounts, you grant Folderwise limited OAuth access to read email headers and apply triage actions you explicitly confirm. You can revoke this access at any time. Folderwise does not access, read, or store the body content of your emails. You represent that you have the right to authorize this access for each email account you connect.
Triage recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are suggestions only. You always confirm before any action is executed. Folderwise is not liable for any email management decisions made based on AI suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all actions taken on your inbox.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Folderwise. You retain ownership of all content in your email accounts. By using the Service, you do not grant Folderwise any rights to your email content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. FOLDERWISE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOLDERWISE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF EMAILS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FOLDERWISE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Folderwise and its officers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 8–11 survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice before material changes take effect via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
